Yes. InvestmentInsight Nordic Oy delivers renovations and refurbishments as main contractor and takes responsibility for the success of the project from start to finish.

We go through the apartment and assess the repairs needed. The renovation is carried out within the budget the owner sets. After that an experienced letting agent finds a tenant, and the rent is paid directly to the owner in full. When the tenant moves out, we take the apartment back into our care and put it back on the market.

Yes. The service is designed specifically for property investors and owners who may not live in Finland. We handle everything on the ground for you.
