A property holds its value when small faults are fixed in time. A dripping tap, a loose trim or a worn surface is quick to fix — left alone, it grows into a bigger problem and makes the apartment harder to let.
We take care of the maintenance and repairs that apartments and properties need. Because we also do construction and cleaning work, small repairs, larger refurbishments and cleaning do not need several different contractors.

Maintenance as part of property management
In our property management service, maintenance and repairs are part of the whole: the apartment is kept in good condition and ready to let, and when the tenant changes we carry out inspections and repairs before it is let again.
There are no monthly fees — you pay only for services delivered.
