Construction and post-renovation cleaning
A renovation is only finished once the dust is gone — the space ready to use in one go.
After renovation or construction work, a space is left with fine building dust, mortar and paint residue, marks from protective sheeting, and stickers. Ordinary cleaning is not enough: the dust keeps settling on surfaces for days after the work, and it has to be removed systematically from the top down.
We do construction and post-renovation cleaning for private clients, businesses, housing companies and construction firms. Because we carry out renovations ourselves, we know where building dust ends up.
What construction cleaning includes
- Rough cleaning between stages of the work
- Removal of building dust from surfaces, cupboards and trims
- Removal of mortar, paint and adhesive residue
- Cleaning of windows and frames
- Final clean of wet rooms and kitchen
- Thorough floor cleaning
Stage cleans and the final clean
Construction cleaning is often done in stages. Rough cleaning during the work keeps the site safe and stops dust from spreading, and the final clean once the work is complete gets the space ready to be used or handed over.
The final clean is best scheduled only after all dust-producing work is finished — otherwise it has to be done again.
Renovation and cleaning from one company
When we carry out the renovation, the final clean can be part of the same contract. There is no separate cleaning company to schedule, and the space is handed over clean.

Common questions
How is construction cleaning different from ordinary cleaning?
Construction cleaning removes fine building dust and residue from the work, such as mortar, paint and adhesive. It calls for different equipment and methods from routine cleaning, and surfaces are cleaned systematically from the top down.
Do you clean after renovations done by others?
Yes. We do post-renovation cleaning regardless of who carried out the renovation.
When should I book the final clean?
Once all dust-producing work is finished. Book well ahead of the handover or moving date.
Do you work for construction companies?
Yes. We also do construction cleaning for construction companies and other contractors.
