We provide construction and refurbishment services throughout Finland. Our focus is Uusimaa — Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and central Uusimaa — but we serve clients flexibly elsewhere in the country as well.
We deliver renovations and refurbishments as main contractor. That means one company answers for the whole: coordinating the trades, holding the schedule and the budget, and making sure the result matches what was agreed. We carry out commercial alterations, apartment renovations, façade repairs and structural work, large and small.
The size of a project does not decide our commitment — a single repair is done as carefully as a full contract. We also offer expertise for new-build projects.

Yes. InvestmentInsight Nordic Oy delivers renovations and refurbishments as main contractor and takes responsibility for the success of the project from start to finish.
Do you also renovate for private clients?
Yes. Our clients are both companies and private individuals. We carry out single repairs with the same care as full contracts.
Do you also take on new-build projects?
