One contact person in Finland
For a remote owner, what matters most is having one reliable party in Finland who answers for the apartment. You have one contact person throughout who takes care of things on site.
Because we carry out the renovation, cleaning and maintenance ourselves, you do not have to find and coordinate separate contractors from abroad.
Good to know
Rental income from an apartment in Finland is generally taxed in Finland even when the owner lives abroad. Check the guidance for your own situation with the Finnish Tax Administration or a tax adviser.
The household tax credit is not available for work done in an apartment that is let out.
